Itching on whole body.

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hello Doctor, I am having itching on my whole body. I visited Hyderabad 2 weeks back and it all started from there. I took allegra 120 MG and Avil 25 but they supress the itching for 2-3 days after that itching starts again. Post itching I see Small and big Red bumps on skin forming a pattern on the effected area. Please suggest
