It's been 2-3 days since there is itching on my hands and legs due to which there are red scratch marks on my legs and arms what do I do

Based on your history, and recent in onset, limited to extremities most likely Allergic etiology - may be Allergic Contact Dermatitis or Irritation contact Dermatitis or Urticaria.. this needs examination ( so do one visit to nearby dermatologist or online consultation on Practo)
