Itching on the body with spots

My daughter is 5 years old from past 5 days she is having itching her body can please suggest any meditation. Can I use diprovate cream on the itching area. And I want to know why this is happening. Itching is on shoulder, hip and legs. Thank you

Nit clearly seen in pic but there is red papules... Use atarax syp 5ml three times a day for itching and apply local calamine lotion... Dont use diprovate cream... You can apply t-bact cream..
