Hi , since 1 month I am suffering from , too much itching around the testies . I have attached photo. Please guide me which lotion I have to use? And when it will be cured completely? Thanks

You most likely have neurodermatitis for which you will need to visit a dermatologist because you will require prescription medicines . Stress /tensions can aggravate this condition. Consciously avoid itching the area. And visit a dermatologist so that the doctor will be able to diagnose you and treat you accordingly.
