Itching on testicle

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi.. I have severe itching on tescticle skin during night time..itching results into wounds sometime and cause very pain.. Have consulted one dermatologist.. He detected candidial infection.. Was under medication.. But after few days it again started.. Plz suggest.
