Itching on skin during evening time

Asked for Male, 37 Years

Since last month or so have an itchiness sensation on arms and legs and when I scratch that part it becomes hot and swelling happens sometimes like lines sometimes like regular swelling. Once the sensation subsides the swelling also goes and no one can make out that swelling was there. Have attached 2 pics also of same. Plz help
