Severe itching on penis and testicles for one month, along with redness and line formation, most commonly suggests:
🔎 Possible Causes
1️⃣ Fungal infection (Tinea cruris / Jock itch) – very common in humid climate
2️⃣ Candidal infection
3️⃣ Contact dermatitis (soap, detergent, tight underwear)
4️⃣ Eczema or Lichen simplex (due to continuous scratching)
5️⃣ Rarely, STI (if risky exposure present)
From your history (persistent itching + redness + spreading to penis), fungal infection is most likely.
