Itching on entire body

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Acc, to doctor I'm suffering from food allergy from last 1 year . I had taken my medication as doctor prescribed also avoided food what doctor recommended but still there's no positive result ....so I decided to discontinue my medication but still I'm suffering as my toes and fingers swell and there's constant itching all over body and bumps are seen which is intolerable ..if such case I take cetrizine which gives me relief for a specify period.I have also done IgE test it shows 144 IU/ml. Request you to kindly guide me by proper medication and diagnosis for positive result ..also attached report for reference
