Itching on ears, neck, beard, back,palm

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am having itching on my lower part of ears, back of neck, lower portion of hairs, my beared, whole back and palms and on shoulders also. Have some lumps in skin under my beared at edges not painful but itchy, have same lumps on my back also, please suggest something
