I have had itching on my scrotum for a very long time. I had a fungal infection around the crotch area once, but have gone through the medication for the same. Could this be fungal too?

Itching on scrotum can be from infection / allergy ( for perfume , frangrance of clothes , lichen simplex chronicus ) so I consultation is must for this
