Itching near penis
Hello, I have dry skin and itching near penis area. The skin has become dry and it also looks like patchy spots which is creating itching. The itching has been increased while it's there for a long time now. Please help what do I do! It's preferable if doctors from Bangalore respond so that I know where and whom to consult.
