Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hello doctors I am feeling itching sentation down below the waist,the whole legs are having itchiness even penis is having.There is no rashes or any other visible marks on skin.Its quite uncomfortable please help.I had cetrizine but it didnt help. Please suggest some cure. Thank you
