Itching/irritation in half face n rt eye

I am having irritation and rashes in right side of my face. Also, there is itching and constant pain in the right corner of my right eye since yesterday. I realized while working that my hand is constantly going on the right side of my nose and noticed some redness and bulging there. Thereafter i checked in the mirror and saw that there are 3 more places where there's redness and pimple like bulging and redness in those areas. I got back to work and suddenly experienced irritation/itching in the right corner of my right eye. When i checked in the mirror again, there was redness in that area inside the eye. There is some sensation when i touch those areas as if someone is poking a needle there. Also, i am feeling itching in the under eye area and all this is restricted to right side of my face. I just had Saffola Oats with mixed fruit juice of Real in the morning yesterday. Please provide any medication/prescription as i can not leave office at this moment.
