Itching in whole body

Asked for Female, 28 Years

M into 8 month of my pregnancy and m having severe itching in the whole body since after dengue infection.. There is no rash or redness.. M experiencing it for the first time and the itching is unbearable.. Unable to sleep for a single minute... Plz help
