Itching in vagina and smell in urine

I'm18y/o I have a small long purple lump inside vaginal opening...its very itchy ..I can feel my vaginal opening is swollen ... every day my urine smells like alcohol or something ...and this urine problem happens only in the morning or before stool... please help me
