Itching in thigs.

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am suffering from itching and irritation between both of my legs,just below and around my private parts. No sign of any rashes or redness around my skin.Then i borrowed b-tex cream to avoid itching.But after using it two days, there are red spots on my skin, colour of my skin is changed on that area where i was feeling irritation. Suggst cure.pls
