Itching in skin

Asked for Female, 48 Years

Itching in skin and it has been marked black spot there and also became dry..i have also consulted with skin doctor and has given tablet named TAXIM but its not get good..I also asked him that if its eczema he said no its infection..Actually some years back i have suffered from eczema and had got right also so i doubted may be again its eczema or not...
