For itching, you can take tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 7 days
Tab ketoconazole 200mg one daily for 10 days.

"Severe phimosis, where the foreskin cannot be retracted at all, creates a closed environment that is highly prone to Balanoposthitis (inflammation/infection of the glans and foreskin). The intense itching you are experiencing, especially at night, is a classic sign of a fungal infection (Candidiasis) or a bacterial buildup due to trapped moisture and secretions (smegma).
