Hello mam my wife is in nineth months pregnancy. Now from one month she has a lot of itching in whole body. Dr suggested liver function test and sgpt came out 348 and sgot 226 and alkaline phosphate comes 264 and serum bilrubin total is. 69.is these vitals are dangerous for baby pls suggest any medicine

It's obstetric cholestasis. Her gynaec must have put her on udiliv tablet. She needs to continue taking it. Also repeat her lft and nst every week. At 37 weeks she needs to deliver because we don't go beyond 37 weeks as risk for baby's demise chance increases from then.
