  4. Itching in nipple. I do to make it stop?

Hello doctor, from past 4-5 yrs I am having this itching sensation in my left nipple. It happens sometimes not always. Sometimes after sweating it happens. I consulted a doc 5 yrs ago and she said nothing to worry about and gave me medicine. But still keeps happening. Is it serious? What should I do to make it stop?
