Itching in my back side

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had jock itch initially but now it spread to my butt area as well. There is constantly itching and the area is now black and there is small ringworms there.. i tried some ointment but it didnt worked even itch guard and ring guard but that also not working i use powder to keep that area dry... Its been month but still i m facing this issue in my butt area and its all over it...and itching alot
