Itching in Groin, Scrotum, near Anus.

Asked for Male, 21 Years

My groin area, scrotum, anus area(little itching) is itching for a very long time. There is small redness in the circular area. I 've been prescribed Itraconazole 200mg capsules, sertaconazole nitrate 2% cream and clotrimazole powder.I'm on this prescription for around 45 days. But I think I'm again getting the fungal infection. Please prescribe me something better. And also please tell me the exact cause. At present, the skin looks very normal so there is no need to attach the photograph.
