Itching in groin area

Question

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have itching in tye groin area and scrotum. Its more severe when I bathe or whenbwater contacts. The itch is also in the folds where legs and ther scrotum meet. I searched over the net and found that Canesten hydrocortisone would help though I am not sure by what name I can get it in India. I do tend swea more than normal so I believe that could be aggravating it. Please suggest.

? T.cruris (fungal infection) with scrotal dermatitis... For T cruris thats on your thighs you need to use antifungal creams & antifungal tablets, powder , avoid tight clothings & in night remove under garments... use anti fungal dusting powder. For scrotum lesions if its scotal dermatitis you need to use steriod cream like fluticosone or mometasone cream & moisturizing cream with anti histamine tablets to get relief from itching...avoid soap and constantly scratching on that areas. Maintain the local hygiene in that area.
