Firstly, avoid itching and wear breathable clothes with good air flow. Maintain proper personal hygiene. Visit a gynecologist and get a vaginal examination done to rule out the cause.

Please avoid scratching..
Use loose cotton undergarments
Keep air clean and dry after visiting toilet.
Apply anti fungal cream like clotrimazole cream three times daily after drying the area.
Please check your fasting and post lunch blood sugars.
Please mention about your menstrual cycles and type and kind of vaginal discharge..
Visit gynecologist for examination for the discharge and further treatment of same.
