Dear Practo User, It seems to me that you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot in past and sometimes you still do. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon and also sometimes ejaculate within few strokes? Sometimes PE is a problem for men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction or ED). This is when men are not able to get or keep an erection that's firm enough for sex. Since an erection goes away after ejaculation, it can be tough to know if the problem is PE or ED. ED should be treated first. Premature ejaculation may not be a problem once the ED is treated. We can help you in treating both the issues of Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation step by step. So if you genuinely interested in seeking a solution for these issues then you can contact me either online or in person. Would be happy to help you. You can contact me directly through my website link - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com

Namastey Your symptoms — urine dribbling, quick loss of erection while standing, and Premature ejaculation — can occur due to a combination of pelvic floor tension, residual urinary tract irritation, stress/anxiety related to sexual performance, prostatitis-like symptoms, or over-focusing on genital function after a previous Urinary tract infection. The presence of 6–8 pus cells in semen analysis with a negative semen culture does not always indicate an active severe infection; mild inflammatory changes can sometimes persist even after earlier urinary issues. The fact that your semen culture is negative is somewhat reassuring. Also, erection loss specifically in standing position is often influenced by anxiety, pelvic muscle tension, circulation dynamics, or over-monitoring of erection quality rather than permanent structural damage.
Next Steps
As your symptoms involve both urinary and sexual wellness concerns together, a structured and personalized approach will help more than trying random medicines independently. For confidential professional guidance and holistic support regarding male sexual and urinary health, you are also encouraged to connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5. You can be consulted and treated well with an online consultation.
Health Tips
Maintain regular exercise, proper sleep, and stress management, as pelvic tension and nervous system fatigue can significantly affect urinary flow and erections. Avoid smoking, excessive caffeine, and alcohol if they worsen symptoms. Deep breathing, relaxation exercises, and avoiding constant performance pressure often help improve both urinary and sexual symptoms gradually over time. Thank you

Your symptoms need a proper evaluation by a urologist/andrologist. Mild pus cells in semen can occur even with negative culture and may relate to prostatitis/inflammation. A physical genital exam, urine tests, prostate evaluation, and erectile function assessment would help identify the cause.
