Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have itching problem from last 1 month..i have tried fourderm got some relief but not cured completely.... The main problem is that the itching is mainly in my private parts and when i scratch them it gets red and swells and i can see pocks in my balls..please help me diagnose if its any infection or what...same problem is being experienced by my other 2 friends also... We used to live together...this all started the next day one of our common friend who also used to live with us had chicken pox
