Itching during 8 months of preference

Hi, My wife is 8 months of pregnancy now. She has skin allergy and getting so much itching in night time. We consulted one dermatologist and applied cetaphil lotion and momate cream. But still she is getting so much itching in night time. Please suggest me what she can do ?
