Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have a red patch behind my knee (both knee, where one is a bit more severe) that is red amd very dry (skin feels like stretched or pulled) and itching as well (a desire to scratch it). It is also burning after itching or sometimes even when touched or when water is applied on it.
Relieved when something cold is applied on it. For the time being it is localized and seems to be spreading.
Currently I have 2 creams that had been Prescribed to me for a similar issue in the past -1. Momate 2. Fultivate.
Can I use anyone of them on this rash or please guide me what could be applied on them
Kindly suggest, I will be greatly thankful.

Based on your history and photo, this appears to be a form of localized eczema or irritant dermatitis, commonly seen behind the knees due to sweat, friction, or dryness. The redness, itching, and burning sensation are typical features.
Next Steps
You can apply Fultivate cream (fluticasone) once or twice daily for 5–7 days. Also, start using a bland, fragrance-free moisturizer twice daily—especially after bathing. Avoid hot water and harsh soaps on the area.
Health Tips
If it worsens or fails to settle, further details and clinical assessment are needed to rule out other causes like fungal infection or psoriasis. An online consultation with a dermatologist would help confirm the diagnosis and tailor treatment safely.
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
