Itching& burning sensationa in vaginal a

Hello Doctor I am severe itching at vaginal area and also a kind of burning sensation on skin just below the vagina. Rite now am using soframicen whenever i apply i get bit relief but then again it starts itching and its happening frm last 3-4 days. One of my frnd suggested me to apply fourderm cream. Is it safe to apply this?
