Asked for Female, 21 Years

My body is itching all over the stomach, breasts, and genitals (especially in the area of pubic hair) since 5-6 weeks. I've been using Dettol antiseptic in bathing and cloth-washing water. What else should I do to get relieved? Here is the picture of some visible rashes on stomach and left side of the abdomen (right side of the picture). No other area has any rashes, just itching too much.
