Hello It's a normal complaints among young people It is due to over dry of skin or you can say malnutrition of your scalp this is due over increase of vata.

Ur having fry scalp,dandruf . Apply Neelibringaraj taila to the scalp and gentlemassage. Use hibiscus,/aloevera/tulsi/amla/neem shampoo fro Baidyanath/ lala's. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts to keep urself healthy and fit. Wash ur scalp two days once.or weekly twice.
