  4. Itching anus. Please give me an advice.

I have been suffering from anal itching and a light scratch above the anus.and when i used my fingers on itching a gum like weeping is observed.i used ointment of Quadriderm for week.it i cued and repeated problem after2 months. I have no pain duing motion and no bleeding.sir please give me an advice.
