Itching and ringworm in the inner thai

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I've been having itching and dry skin in my upper inner thai and it's spreading. I am started have small patches of the it looks like ringworm on my outer thai too. What should I do. I have been applying quadiderma for the same.

First and foremost STOP quadriderm. It’s a steroid containing cream and would cause more harm than good. You need antifungal medications like itraconazole, terminating luliconazole etc. you can contact me if you want the exact dosing or regimens and the brand names of products. Use loose fitting clothes. Avoid sharing of towels. Reduce the intake of sweets. Make sure your skin is completely dry after bath.
