Itching and redness on the scrotum
The skin of scrotum around the testicles itches a lot whole day but this increases in night. The is also releasing thick smelly white fluid. I have used topical antifungal lotions and powders which had no effect. Please can someone help diagnose this and prescribe suitable treatment.
