Hello sir am getting itching once on 4 days of I not took tablet for atarax some tablet am using
If stop tablet again itching start in 5th day pl advice since 6 months am having this issue

Pruritus or Itching needs a very detailed history and description and perhaps some blood tests etc before we can give you a meaningful suggestion and prescription.
I'm not a big fan of Ayurvedic medicine for this and since I'm not qualified in that line will not comment on your use of it
Evidently it hasn't helped.
Are there any stressors in your life?
Are family members suffering from the same ailment?
Do you travel a lot and can it be possible that you may have contracted bed bugs or such an infestation from someone or from travel, movie halls etc?
Need to check your mattress and bedding & clothing.
Is the itch more at night?
