Itching and rashes.

Asked for Female, 51 Years

She is suffering this itchiness from some years, mostly during summer season, near the genital parts, like public hair, corner points. It seems to be like rashes . Though She takes proper care for her skin in all the ways possible, but itching remains. Would like to know if there is any such cream available, which would give her some relief, or should she consult a doctor personally? I went through google and saw the cream named " Aveeno Hydrocortisone Anti-itch Cream" which works, but wanted to know what should she go for actually. Please answer. I will be greatful to you all, for your answers.
