Itching and rashes in baby skin

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My son is having itching for about a month now,went to doctor twice she has given moisturiser to apply often n a drops to reduce itching,,,but still he s having itching ...in giving these medications for 15 days now...but still he has problem...he s having bumps also looks like insect bite and he s itching in tat area please provide permanent solution ,he s unable to sleep also because of this
