Itching and rashed in thighs

I am suffering lot with itching in thighs and it will start from evening to morning.wth this al unable to sleep also. i am from Hyderabad Telangana. Please suggest how to get rid of this.

Itching starting from evening and continuing till morning suggest u may have scabies apply permethrin lotion 5 % below neck upto feet 2consecutive nights repeat d procedure aft 1wk. Take bath daily with permethrin soap. Take antihistamines daily till cure. Apply lactocalamine lotion plus steroid mixed antibiotics crm daily after bath on all effected sites. Take ivermectin 12mg tab wkly 2tab.
