Itching and pain in palm and finger tips

Hi Doctor, I am having itching and redness on my palms which is very painful. Also my finger tips are paining so severely that i cant even use it touch. This pain and redness are moving from one point to another on both of my palms. Pl suggest what to do and which doctor should be consulted for this problem.
