Itching and irritation on skin

Hi Dr I was using Klairs vitamin c serum since a month... It's colur changed to yellow from white still I was using ...frm sme days I found my skin get irritated and itching starts..so I stopped using it..I find some puffiness and texture of my skin become rough...what home remedies I can do Will my skin back to the normal?
