Itching and chiknenpox in mouth- hand

Hi my son and daughter is faccing itching issue from yesterday like chickenpox on hand -palm and in mouth . Son is 4 year and doughter is 6 year old . Some one suggest me Acivir 200 mg tablets for that issue ..so please suggest me right way ..
