  4. Itching and bumps on skin. Please help.

Itching and bumps on skin
The itching woke me up at around 4:00 am in the morning. I went to the bathroom to see and found red bumps on my chest and stomach area the image of which I have attached. Are these due to bed bugs or some allergy or some other thing because as far as I know the bed bug bites are thick. PS - I had sprayed my mattress with Hit and anti fungal powder before I slept since my hostel room was closed for two months straight and I have returned yesterday only. Also there is lack of direct sunlight in my room. Please help.
