Itching and bluish discoloration

Asked for Female, 56 Years

Hi! Last month my mom started having itching on her body specially lower half and scalp We visited a doc and asked us for thyroid , uric acid and lipid profile test, blood sugar test Result turned out to be Uric -6.7 T3-1.03 T4-7.90 TSH-8.11 Cholesterol-198 HDL-44.8 LDL-93.7 Triglycerides-300.7 Blood sugar was of normal range And Bp is 130/80 The problem is that ever after consuming meds nearly for 1 monthher itching has not faded.. itching is still present on her palms and legs But my concern now is her palms and fingers are showing bluish discoloration without any pain nor any other sensations Kindly guide me through this please
