Itching allover body

Asked for Male, 23 Years

There is itching on my whole body. I always feel like scratching the itching part. Also it has overcome and more itching on my genital part penis and testes. Testes have wound type spots looks like dead and hard skin. Penis is little bit swollen. One to tell you that i am under the medication course of T.B for 2 months. Please help me, i am so much disturbed with thi situation of mine.
