Itching all over body

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I get itching sensation all over my body for a short span of time and then it goes away. I do not get any rash on my body while this itching occurs. Only in few places I can see some red patch that goes away after the itching is over. On my back i feel the skin is more rough with some flaky patches
