I m currently taking vitamin B12 injections and acne treatment of deriva CMS gel and glotret tablet ... I m getting severe itchiness on my face and also I got swelling of my face.. plz suggest

Hi. I would suggest you to stop using deriva cms gel. Apply Excela Rich cream daily two times for the skin to moisturize and heal. Pls don't take Glotret tablet without the advice and monitoring of the dermatologist. Also you could reduce the frequency of B12 injections while discussing this with your physician.
