Hello doctor, how to remove itchiness in cat due to ear mites? Already used spot on treatment few months back for fleas which had multiple uses including for ear mites but cat never got relief. The frequency of itching is less frequent but it does happen. The only thing I see in the cat's outer ear canal  is wax

Kindly explain ur query in detail, does the ear mite problem fully gone... If it isn't gone itchiness won't go until the mites go away from ur cat,... If mite has gone and ur cat has itching now also, it maybe due to other issues also, dryness of skin, dandruff, fungal or bacterial infections too. Thank you.

If spot on didn't work for your cat, then you can go for injections or oral treatment as per the need. Get him checked and plan a suitable treatment plan.
