Itch on ventral part of penial shaft

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I am having itching annoying one on the ventral aspect of shaft of penis for 2 days now starting from 3rd night. There is no other symptom. And ya its a bit sore to scratch the area. Have had loose motions and sypmtoms of gastroenteritis from the time it started. Am not able to correlate the two though.
