Hi,
I am 6'2'' and weigh 112 kgs. My diet is very bad as I have fastfood for atleast 1/3 meal everyday, 7 days a week and my exercise is an absolute 0.
The problem:
By the end of the day, I feel fatigued before sleeping even after not doing much physical activity during the day. My legs and back pain everyday.
I am a working professional in the field of finance (stock market) because of which i have a demanding mental exertion everyday.
Further, I do not feel like going to work in the morning since I feel very fatigued when I get up in the morning (Trust me when I say this, the job is something I look forward to go to and I love my work)
Please help me with my fatigue issues.

Hello .I understand your problem completely but every day eating fast food is not a good option because fast food are rich in simple carbohydrate,less fibre and less of Protein.u should include more information from high protein and high fibre in the diet and take some multivitamins also .
