Spondylitis is infection in spine. Generally, This is degenerative or wearing-out process. It is called Spondylosis. As it is aging process, it itself can't give pain. But, lack of proper care of worn-out spine can result in pain in neck or back and/or radiation to limbs. Require more details. We don't have to treat spondylosis but the pain. Spondylosis doesn't cause pain.

If you are referring to neck or back pain as spondylitis,there are many causes leading to spondylitis. Yes UST is one of the method used in treatment.
